Notre barometre qualite repose sur 6 dimensions evaluees a partir de sources multiples :
- Prix — Analyse des offres actives, ratio prix/performance (donnees internes)
- Debit — DegroupTest (40%), nPerf (30%), tests internes (30%)
- Qualite Reseau — Rapport annuel ARCEP qualite mobile (258 indicateurs)
- Service Client — ARCEP satisfaction (60%), ESCDA (20%), volume plaintes (20%)
- Fiabilite — Incidents signales sur 90 jours : frequence, duree, temps de resolution
- Couverture — Donnees ARCEP deploiement fibre et couverture 4G/5G
Chaque dimension est normalisee sur une echelle de 0 a 10. Le score composite est une moyenne equilibree des 6 dimensions, chacune comptant pour 16,7% : aucun critere n'est favorise par defaut.
Donnees mises a jour quotidiennement (prix) et mensuellement/annuellement (sources externes).
